RECEIVING MONEY WITH NIGERIAN PAYPAL ACCOUNT COMING SOON

We all know about the state of Nigerian Paypal account. It has been demoralizing ever since Paypal was blocked in Nigeria. This hurt so many people
because it stripped them the right to make cool money online due to the fact that 98% of merchants sites require their users to have a paypal account for payment.

Suddenly we were relieved, when Paypal sunddenly  granted Nigerians the right to open and verify a Paypal account. But this rights are not complete, because with a Nigerian Paypal Account , you can only fund and make payments online, *YOU CANT RECEIVE MONEY INTO THE NIGERIAN PAYPAL ACCOUNT* this is a major off point. Then I started wondering, why give someone the chance to open an account that he/she can't withdraw money from it? I took to my PC and contacted the PAYPAL Customer service directly and I got a reply with I am about to paste below.

The reply assures Nigerians that, the option of receiving money into their PayPal account is under way, which has made me very happy, but how soon will this happen: read the reply from a PayPal customer care and find out for yourself;

I understand that you’re inquiring about receiving money on your Nigerian PayPal account. I apologize if it caused any inconvenience.  Don't worry, I’ll gladly clarify this for you.

We appreciate that you have considered us to be one of your business partners to cater your online transactions. At this time, Nigerian PayPal accounts have the ability to send money to other PayPal accounts. Receiving payments/money is not yet available for Nigerian PayPal accounts. Do not worry, we already have made application of having the Receive Money feature to be approved in Nigeria soon. We look forward to expanding our service in Nigeria in the future.

I'm glad to inform you that you have a Verified account. You can enjoy using it to Send International payments funded by your Visa card XX55 for FREE.

Before we begin to offer certain services in various countries, we must be sure that we are fully compliant with local and international financial laws of your country. Rest assured, that we are working to expand our services. To cite an example, previously we are not available in Nigeria but we were finally granted to operate in your country.
