How to Apply for DAAD Post Graduate Scholarship
To be eligible for the DAAD Post Graduate Scholarship (Germany), you should be a graduate with at least two years of professional experience. You possess the academic and professional qualifications that are necessary for a successful completion of a degree course in
Germany. Your final scores on past academic exams and language skills are also required.

- A completed DAAD Application Form - SEE FORM
- A Hand signed CV - note that you have to use the Europass Specimen
- A letter of motivation signed by you alongside a reference to current occupation
- An Expository research. That is, if it is required by your choice university
- A recommendation from your university (it must be recent and incorporates and office stamp and not placed in a sealed envelope)
- Recommendation from your employer (it must it must be recent and incorporates and office stamp and not placed in a sealed envelope)
- A recommendation letter from your employer in your home country. Additionally, get a letter of guaranteed employment up your return from your employer
- Proof of language skills: you can either get IELTS or TOEFL (Note that TOEFL from institutions will not be accepted)
- If you are applying for a course that is being taught in German, you also have to proof your skills with the German language.
- Awarded academic degree
- Transcripts
- A copy of your first school leaving certificate (FSLC)
